ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

As Assistant Store Manager, you bear joint responsibility (along with the Store Manager) for the successful running of the shop. You serve as the host at our shop and the first point of contact with the customer. You are responsible for ensuring a pleasant atmosphere in the shop as well as providing our customers with solid advice on our top brand product range for the entire family. You and your team are also responsible for the ensuring the best possible presentation of the collection and maintaining a neat and tidy shop.

You are also involved in determining the direction of your branch, under the supervision of your Store Manager and Regional Manager. You do so by determining exactly what you want to achieve and how you want to do so, as well as translating these goals into concrete actions for your team to execute. You are constantly involved in the development of your team and regularly discuss their progress with them by giving feedback.
